THE THROUGH LINE
Built between worlds.
My perspective was formed between Egypt and the United States, technical work and physical work, individual ambition and team responsibility.
I have always been interested in what makes a system perform: how its parts interact, where it fails, and what disciplined people can do to improve it.
That question led me from systems and control theory at Washington University to defense systems at Leonardo DRS and automatic flight-control work at Boeing. Outside engineering, it led to aviation, varsity athletics, a small business, and hands-on renovation work.
Each environment reinforced the same lesson: analysis matters, but the standard is whether the whole system works when reality arrives.
